Restore last active view and modifications after navigation away and return

Steps

  1. 1Log in as a buyer user.
  2. 2Navigate to Milestone Dashboard for Program A, Scope A.
  3. 3Switch to a saved view (not Default).
  4. 4Modify the view: add a filter, change sort order, adjust columns.
  5. 5Verify asterisk (*) appears next to the view name and Save/Reset buttons are visible.
  6. 6Navigate away via sidebar to another page in Scopeworker.
  7. 7Return to Milestone Dashboard for Program A, Scope A.
  8. 8Verify the same view is active, modifications are intact (filter, sort, columns match what was set).
  9. 9Verify asterisk still appears next to the view name and Save/Reset buttons are visible.

Expected result

Modified state is fully restored: the view name, all modifications (filter, sort, columns), asterisk, and action buttons are present.
