Detect modified state when column order changes

Steps

  1. 1Load a saved view (e.g., Overdue Milestone)
  2. 2Reorder a column by dragging it to a new position
  3. 3Observe the Views dropdown label

Expected result

Asterisk (*) appears next to the view name (e.g., Overdue Milestone*). Save button becomes enabled. Reset action appears.
